T. Cribb & Sons are a family owned Funeral Directors & Carriage Masters, with 16 branches spread out through East London and recently branching out into South East Essex. Having over 130 years of caring for the community, T. Cribb’s use their expertise gained from generations of experience, to provide guidance, support, care and outstanding personal service to families at a difficult time. T. Cribb’s decided they wanted to increase their digital marketing and online presence as a whole, with the individual branches being the main focus.


• Liaise effectively as part of a multi-agency team to advise on digital marketing and promote T. Cribbs while keeping their attentive and courteous manner for its customers.
• Increase visibility of the 16 T. Cribb branches located around London and Essex through improvement of on-page and off-page SEO and preferable ranking of key search terms in Google.

Respondit Began the project by creating an SEO Audit for T Cribb, where we researched keyword search terms to find the ones that were relevant to the services being provided and also bringing in the most traffic.
After conducting our research we produced a comprehensive report for T Cribb detailing all we had found from the keywords and phrases that was getting the most searches to the level of competition of each keyword and the likely expense to reach the desired position. Next, after Keywords had been decided, we continued by establishing other improvements needed on the site to reach the desired positions such as creating enticing headings, page titles, meta descriptions and the on-page content to allow for fully integrated search engine optimisation.


T Cribb now occupies multiple top spots on Google for each agreed upon search term over 16 different locations.
